Abstract
This article aims to study the factors affecting the operational enhancement of civil defense volunteers .... In the direction of local administrative organizations. Phunphin District, Surat Thani Province Use questionnaires as a tool for quantitative research And in-depth interviews are instrumental in qualitative research, along with observation and focus groups, both large and small. We conducted sampling using a specific sample by collecting data from five relevant population groups: trained civil defense volunteers with a government license; 190 samples
The study found that the majority of respondents had opinions on factors affecting the performance enhancement of civil defense volunteers In the direction of the local tribute organization, Phunphin District, Surat Thani Province, the overall level was very high, with an average of 3.81. The most practical aspect This is followed by operational cognition. The averages were 3.92, 3.89, 3.87, and 3.73, respectively.
