Abstract

The research results were as follows :

1) the condition, expectation, management. Overall expectations for administration were at the highest level (= 4.64). Other than that, the expectations were at high levels in all areas. Private schools have 4 goals, 9 strategies for scouting activities. The Red Cross Youth and Student Activities had five objectives, 14 strategies and the internal audit had two goals and seven strategies.
