Participation of Public Organizations and Civil Society towards the Development of Public Services in Rehabilitation for Drug Addicts

This article is a study of the participation of public organizations and civil society towards the development of public services in rehabilitation for drug addicts by collaboration of public organizations and civil society in integration of public services regarding rehabilitation for drug addicts. It is considered as an important aspect and it is necessary for both public and civil organizations to take part in activities and public services. In addition, it is regarded as activities within authority of government sector or services that the government has the power to provide public services, including participation of the civil society in operation. The objective is to react to the problems and needs of people, as well as, preventing drug problems along the boundary. Therefore, there is an idea to build a safe zone in villages and communities as the guidelines for the prevention and surveillance of drugs through the process of collaboration of public and civil organizations. Also, it helps promote the creation of the safe area in the community, namely: 1) budget development; 2) personnel development or increase of expert personnel; 3) development with evaluation of performance; 4) public relations in the performance section; and 5) development of relevant laws relevant. However, this study is to explore the participation and collaboration approaches between public organizations and civil society for developing public services in drug addiction rehabilitation.
