Guidelines for Dual Vocational Education Management for Industrial Fields of Educational Institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education

The purposes of this research were to study the current situation, the desirable conditions and to create guidelines for dual vocational education management for industrial fields of educational institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education. The sample group used in this research consisted of educational institution administrators, entrepreneurs, heads of dual vocational education, establishment trainers and teachers. The sample size was determined by Taro Yamane's formula (1973) with the total number of 129 people using stratified random sampling method. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire on dual vocational education management for industrial fields of educational institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education. The data were analyzed using statistics comprising frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and PNI modified index.
The research results were found that: 1) The current situation of dual vocational education management for industrial fields of educational institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education, in overall, was rated at a moderate level and the desirable conditions of dual vocational education management for industrial fields of educational institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education, in overall, was rated at the highest level. 2) Guidelines for dual vocational education management for industrial fields of educational institutions under Nakhon Phanom Vocational Education consisted of 4 guidelines as follows: (1) guidelines for learning and teaching management, (2) guidelines for cooperation with establishment, (3) guidelines for educational supervision and (4) guidelines for evaluation.
