Competitiveness of farmers Large Agricultural Land in Roi Kaen Sarasin

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study Large Agricultural Land Plot in Roi Kaen Sarasin. Researcher use quantitative research. The samples used in this study were farmers members of the large plots in Kalasin  Khon Kaen Maha Sarakham and Roi Et. Province simple Quota sampling and selected Accidental sampling 687 samples. General data analysis of respondents the statistics used in the analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Competitiveness hypothesis testing the statistic used in the analysis was multiple regression analysis used a confidence level of 95 percen. The results of rersearch were found that the most competitiveness of Large Agricultural Land Plot in Roi Kaen Sarasin was the skill of entrepreneurs followed by technology application and knowledge management, respectively. This research result was a guideline for Large Agricultural Land Plot to adjust management strategies that affect farmers' competitiveness and was a guideline for government agencies and non-governmental organizations to promote farming. The results of the correlation analysis revealed that all three variables were related to the competitiveness of large-scale farmers at a high level (R² = 0.776). Farmers converted large to have the ability to manage which was beneficial to the economy of the province Northeast and The country.
