Cost-management problem of Riceberry production for farmers in the Northeastern region

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the general condition of Riceberry production for farmers in the Northeastern region 2) to study the problem level Cost-management problem of Riceberry production for farmers in the Northeastern region; 3) to compare the level of problems in Riceberry production cost management Cost-management problem of Riceberry production for farmers in the Northeastern region. The study sample consisted of farmers who planted Riceberry rice in-season registered with the Provincial Agriculture Office in the Northeast. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula at 95% confidence level. A total of 180 households were sampled. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-sample t-test.     t-test and statistical F-Test or One way ANOVA. The results showed that 1) the level of problems in managing the cost of Riceberry production among the farmers in the Northeastern region in all seven aspects was high. 2) Comparison of problem level of Riceberry production cost management among farmers in the Northeastern region classified by age in 7 aspects of the picture were significantly different. The results comparing the level of problems in managing the cost of Riceberry production of farmers in the Northeastern region classified by experience in the overall 7 aspects were not significantly different.
