The Relationship between the Skills of School Administrators in the 21st Century and the Effectiveness of Educational Institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the skills of school administrators in the 21st century, 2) to study the effectiveness of educational institutions, 3) to study the relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century and the effectiveness of educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample groups were 349 administrators and teachers from 260 schools under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Office Area 5, which were obtained by stratified random sampling and a school-based. The research instruments were 5-level rating scale questionnaires. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's Simple Correlation Coefficient.
The research results shown that 1) the skills of school administrators in the 21st century under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Office Area 5 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level of performance was teamwork skill, 2) the effectiveness of the school under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Office Area 5 was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest level of practice was the ability to solve problems within the educational institutions, 3) the relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century and the effectiveness of educational institutions under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Office Area 5 was statistically significant correlation at the 0.01 level in a positive direction and at a high level.
