BEHAVIOR AND SATISFACTION OF THAI TOURISTS TOWARDS PHRA MAHATHAT KAEN NAKHON, AMPHOE MUANG, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objective of this study was : 1) to study behaviors of Thai tourists towards PhraMahathat KaenNakhon, AmphoeMuang, KhonKaen Province2) to study satisfaction of Thai Tourists. The sample consisted of 400 Thai tourists.Questionnaires were used to Collect data. the statistics Included frequency, percentage and standard deviation. The research results were found that: Most Thai Tourists were fenาale, aged 20 to 29, and Married. They were general workers with average income 10,001 and 20,000 baht per month. It also was found that most of them traveled with family for merit making. They travelled in cars, stayedin private residence. They spent more than 500 baht per trio and once a year and the satisfaction was found that  tourist attraction and the environment were the most important and the price of the products and service were least important.
