THE ADMINISTRATIVE FACTORS OF COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE IN A TYPE OF PROCESSING AND FOOD PRODUCTS IN MUANG DISTRICT, PHETCHABUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The prposes of this study were: 1) to study the administrative factors of community enterprises 2) to compare the personal factors and the and administrative factors of the community enterprises and 3) to compare the general Status and the administrative factors of the commnity enterprises in a type of processing and food products in Muang district,Phetchabun province. The Sample group of this Study consisted of 234 members of the community enterprises which registered as community enterprises in a type of processing and food products with the Provincial Community Development Office of Phetchabun. The sample group was Selected by multistage sampling. The Questionnaires were used for data collection. The statistics used included: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and f-test. The rasults were found that: 1) The administrative factors of community enterprises in 7 aspects were rated at a high level including: planning. grouping, employee 5election, 0rdering. Liaison, reporting, and budgeting 2) The comparison of the personal factors and the administrative factors of the community enterprises on a whole and each aspect was significantly different at level of 0.05 and 3) The comparison of general status and the administrative factors of the community enterprises classified according to the number of members in the community enterprise, the average income of the community, community budget, and time-length of was found that the mean scores of the average income of the community establishing community , community budget, and time-length of community establishing, were significantly different at level of 0.05, while the number of members in the community enterprise was not different.
