The purpose of this research was to 1) study the leadership of administrators in the Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24. 2) Create and develop the leadership development model of administrators in the Border Patrol Police School under Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24 3) Study the effectiveness of leadership development model of administrators in Border Patrol Police School. Under the Border Patrol Police Sub-division 24, according to the developed model By using research and development methods (Research and Development: R&D) The experiment using the leadership development model of administrators in the Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24 was a teacher and academic teachers in the Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24. From 18 schools the instrument used for collecting research data consisted of unstructured interview form. Rating Scale Questionnaire for Leadership Assessment Form of Administrators in Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Division 24, the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the research shows that 1.Leadership components of administrators in the Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24 consist of 4 components, 47 indicators as follows: 1) Moral, Ethics, with 10 indicators, 2) Vision, with 9 indicators. 3) Academic has 19 indicators. 4)Academic changes have 9indicators. 2.The model of leadership development of administrators in the Border Patrol Police School under the Border Patrol Police Sub-Division 24 consists of 1) principles 2) objectives 3) content 4) processes and 5) measurement and evaluation and 3.The effectiveness of leadership development model of administrators in border patrol police schools. Under the Border Patrol Police Sub-division 24, found that the principles, objectives, content, development process and measurement and evaluation Is very suitable.
