The School Administrators’ Digital-Era Leadership under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

This research aimed to 1) study leadership in digital age of school administrators and 2) compare opinions on leadership in digital age of school administrators under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified according to the size of schools, work experience and position. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers, with the total number of 315 people. The sample size was determined by Krejcie and Morgan's comparison table (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) using stratified random sampling method. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with reliability of the whole document at 0.78. The statistics used to analyze data comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, f-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The research results were found that:
1.The School Administrators’ Digital-Era Leadership under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, in overall, was rated at a high level, when considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level, the aspect with the highest average was the aspect of teacher development to have skills of creating innovation for professional development.
2.The comparison results of opinion level of administrators and teachers regarding the School Administrators’ Digital-Era Leadership under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 were found that the opinion level classified according to the size of schools and work experience, in overall and in each aspect, was different with statistical significance at .05 level, while the aspect of creating learning networks in digital age and development to have skills of creating innovation for professional development were not different.
