Factors Influencing Digital Performance in Work Operations of Finance and Control Employees at Kasikornbank

This research aimed to examine the levels of digital work capability, digital skill development approaches, and digital work performance, and to as well as the influence of digital work capability and digital skill development approaches on digital work performance among finance and control employees at Kasikornbank. The study employed a quantitative survey design. The sample consisted of 275 employees working in the Finance and Control function. A questionnaire validated by a panel of five experts was used as the research instrument, and it demonstrated acceptable reliability. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The findings indicated that digital work capability, digital skill development approaches, and digital work performance were at the high level. Digital work capability and digital skill development approaches had a statistically significant positive influence on digital work performance. The findings suggest that financial institutions should strengthen practical digital skills, especially digital communication, data management and security, technology adaptation, and continuous to enhance work performance and support sustainable digital transformation.
