This research aimed to 1) develop an examination bank system for the Information Technology and Multimedia Program, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus; and 2) evaluate the suitability of the examination bank system for the Information Technology and Multimedia Program, Faculty of Management Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Surin Campus. The research followed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology integrated with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The sample consisted of 5 experts selected through purposive sampling. The research instruments included a web-based question bank application and a 5-point Likert scale evaluation form. Data were analyzed using the mean ( ) and standard deviation (S.D.). The results indicated that 1) the developed system supports five main user roles: Admin, Course Head, Branch Head, Teacher, and Student, and provides comprehensive functionalities such as item bank management, automated randomization, online testing, and a Dashboard and Analytics panel. 2) The expert evaluation of the system’s appropriateness across five dimensions was rated at the "Excellent" level (
= 4.51, S.D. = 0.50). When considering each dimension, the highest mean score was for the Exam Management Process (
= 4.57, S.D. = 0.50), which was at an excellent level., followed by Evaluation and Reporting (
= 4.56, S.D. = 0.51), Feasibility of Implementation (
= 4.52, S.D. = 0.51), System Components (
= 4.48, S.D. = 0.51), and Consistency with Measurement and Evaluation Principles (
= 4.40, S.D. = 0.50), respectively. These findings confirm the research hypothesis that the system is highly appropriate in all aspects and ready for practical implementation in educational contexts.
