บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์และระบบแนะนำสินค้าในการสร้างประสบการณ์ลูกค้า ความไว้วางใจที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์และระบบแนะนำสินค้าในการสร้างประสบการณ์ลูกค้าและความไว้วางใจที่มีต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ระบบแนะนำสินค้าในการสร้างประสบการณ์ลูกค้า ความไว้วางใจที่มีต่อความตั้งใจซื้อในแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ และ (3) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ของผู้บริโภค กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริโภคที่เคยใช้แพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริโภคมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านประสบการณ์ลูกค้าและความไว้วางใจออนไลน์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ขณะที่บทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ระบบแนะนำสินค้าและความตั้งใจซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ พบว่า ระบบแนะนำสินค้า และบทบาทของปัญญาประดิษฐ์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความตั้งใจซื้อ ขณะที่ประสบการณ์ลูกค้ามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวก (r = .198, p < .01) ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน พบว่า ตัวแปรทั้ง 4 ตัว สามารถพยากรณ์ร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความตั้งใจซื้อได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 41.50 (R² = 0.415)
