บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการฉบับนี้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ บูรณาการประยุกต์องค์ความรู้เพื่ออธิบายปรากฏการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้การดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชนและภาคประชาสังคมในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ที่มีการขับเคลื่อนโครงการ กิจกรรม แผนงานและแผนยุทธศาสตร์ อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมที่เกิดจากการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นการนำหลักการพัฒนาชุมชนขององค์การสหประชาชาติ (UN) มาเป็นแนวทางหลักในการวิเคราะห์การพัฒนาชุมชนของพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การพัฒนา ปรับปรุง เปลี่ยนแปลงพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้าทั้งในมิติเศรษฐกิจ สังคม การเมือง การปกครองและสิ่งแวดล้อมนั้นจะต้องยกระดับพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ให้เกิดการพัฒนาที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประชาชนอย่างแท้จริง เช่น การพัฒนาชุมชนที่สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิต การแก้ปัญหา การส่งเสริมชุมชนเข้มแข็ง การใช้ชุมชนเป็นฐานในการสร้างรายได้ด้วยยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจ การอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติด้วยการดำเนินกลยุทธ์การขับเคลื่อนเครือข่ายชุมชนศรัทธาหรือ “กำปงตักวา” (Kampung Taqwa) การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและกระบวนการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มสินค้าทางการเกษตร การพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมฮาลาลอย่างครบวงจร การส่งเสริมบทบาทของผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำศาสนา สตรีและเยาวชน รวมทั้งการน้อมนำยุทธศาสตร์พระราชทาน “เข้าใจ เข้าถึง พัฒนา” มาเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้เพื่อเป็นการกระตุ้น ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน เปิดโอกาสให้เกิดการใช้ศักยภาพด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์ ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและจุดเด่นด้านภูมิศาสตร์มาเป็นกลไกในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาชุมชนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายในการสร้างสันติสุขให้เกิดขึ้นกับพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้อย่างแท้จริง
