The Comprehensive Organizational Development Project Evaluation in A School

Abstract

The objectives of this research study are to evaluate the environment by taking into account the principles and rationale, the needs to execute the project, the key aspects of the problems and the congruity of the project purposes. To assess the inputs by considering the feasibility of the project including the suitability and the adequacy of the resources to be utilized in the project execution. To determine the procedures of the project execution by pointing out the drawbacks in order to suggest possible improvement to make the next phrase more efficient. To evaluate the output by compare the output with the project purposes. The representative sample is 17 teachers. Data is collected by questionnaire and is analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, average and standard deviation. The study could be concluded as follow. The comprehensive organizational development project evaluation in a school in four aspects. It was found that output aspect was in a high level and got the highest average. Then the environment and the procedures of the project were in a high level respectively. The inputs was in the lowest average.
