Abstract

Teacher production institutes in Thailand have to change the paradigm of teacher production and develop teachers in line with the change in digital technology. Modern Thai teachers must know and use digital technology to effectively manage their learning and enhance the quality of Thai education. Digital technology has made the world without borders. This allows learners to have access to information both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. Developing digital literacy is a lifelong learning process. The specific skills required for digital literacy will vary depending on the needs and circumstances of the learner, it can range from basic awareness and training to complex and complex applications. Digital literacy is not just about technology, but also social ethics and reflection in work, learning, leisure, and daily life.
