Strategic management that affects quality assurance standards for educational institution management of the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education,Bangkok.

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the strategic management level of the Office of Non-Formal Education Promotion and Bangkok Independent Education, 2) to study the quality assurance standards of school management of the Office of Non-Formal Education Promotion and Bangkok Free Education, and 3) to study the strategic management that affects the quality assurance standards of school management of the Office of Non-Formal Education Promotion and Independent Education, Bangkok. The sample groups include the Non-Formal Education and Independent Education Center under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Independent Education, Bangkok. There are 44 districts with informants consisting of school administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scales questionnaire applied to the concept of Likert. The statistics used in the data analysis were basically statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression test statistics of Enter , which were statistically significant at .01
The results of the research showed that:
- The overall level of strategic management is at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that on a large scale in all aspects as well, in descending order of average. As follows: Environmental analysis Implementation of strategies, strategy control, strategy formulation and organizational direction respectively.
- The overall quality assurance standard for school management is at a high level. Considering each aspect in descending order of average, the management of educational institutions emphasizes the highest level of participation. Secondly, the quality assurance system of educational institutions is at a high level and the promotion and support for the creation of learning societies is at a high level.
- Strategic management affects the quality assurance standards of school management. statistically significant at the level of .01, written as a regression equation. as follows
