Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study basic information of Teacher Development Strategy on Digital Intelligence Quotient, to develop Teacher Development Strategy on Digital Intelligence Quotient, and to evaluate the teacher development strategy on Digital Intelligence Quotient. The research was conducted by using the multiphase mixed method. Two research tools, a questionnaire and an evaluation form, were used for data collection. A sample included selected 160 subjects, drawn from school directors and chiefs of administrative staffs. A target group of 25 experts were selected, using the purposive sampling technique. Mean, Standard Deviation, Priority Needs Index modified , and content analysis were used for data analysis.  The results of the research on the basic information for the formulation of teacher development strategies on Digital Intelligence Quotient in case of present states  as a whole found to be at  high levels while the desirable states were at the highest levels. The first three aspects that highest values of Priority Needs Index modified were  Cyber security management, Cyber bullying management, and Critical thinking, respectively. Teacher Development Strategies on Digital Intelligence Quotient consisted of 5 strategies as follow:  1) Self Development Strategy by Workshop, 2) Enhance Online Awareness and Security Strategy by Internship, 3) Digital Citizenship Development Strategy by Training. 4) Digital Network Development Strategy by Participatory Supervision, and 5) Development Digital Prototypes Strategy by Counseling. And the evaluation of Teacher Development Strategies on Digital Intelligence Quotient, as a whole in both suitability and feasibility aspect were perceived as the high levels.
