The Super Leadership Influence School Effectiveness Under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objective of this research were: 1) to study the super-leadership of school administrators and the school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1; 2) to study the school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1; 3) to study the relationship between the super-leadership and school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and 4) to perform a regression analysis for how the super-leadership affecting the school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 297 Education Personnel in schools under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The results shown: 1) The super-leadership of school administrators under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at a high level, 2) The school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at a high level, 3) The relationship between the super-leadership and school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1 had a high positive relationship at the statistically significant level of.01, and 4) The regression analysis equation using stepwise multiple regression analysis found that five variables were able to predict how the super-leadership influences the school effectiveness under Songkhla Primary Education Service Area Office 1 at 87 percent, at the statistically significant level of.001, and had a forecast standard error of ±0.10
The regression equation were as follows: Raw score Ŷ = .962 + .203 (x4) + .211 (x2) + .161 (x8) + .120 (x6) + .100 (x1)
And standard score Ẑ = .302 (x4) + .277 (x2) + .240 (x8) + .199 (x6) + .117 (x1)
