Abstract
This study aims to analyze curriculum management strategies that enhance students' competencies in alignment with 21st-century requirements. The study focuses on integrating knowledge, skills, and attitudes through learner-centered approaches, utilizing technology to support learning, and developing competency-based assessment systems. The findings indicate that effective curriculum management should include clear competency-based curriculum standards, teacher development programs that align with competency-based learning approaches, the use of digital technology in learning management, and strong support from both the government and private sectors in developing curricula that meet labor market and societal needs. These strategies help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to future economic and social changes.
