  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Guidelines for preparing original article submissions for consideration for publication in the Journal of Sustainable Tourism Development

1. The preparation of the original manuscript includes the following details:   

1.1 Manuscript Size: Print single-sided on A4 paper with margins of 1.5 inches on the top and left sides, and 1 inch on the bottom and right sides.   

1.2 Font Style and Layout: TH SarabunPSK    

1.2.1 Header: Consists of the title of the manuscript, in 14-point standard font, aligned to the left edge of the paper, and the page number, in 14-point standard font, aligned to the right edge of the paper.     

1.2.2 Title (in Thai): Bold, 16-point font, centered on the page.     

1.2.3 Title (in English): Bold, 16-point font, centered on the page.     

1.2.4 Author's Name (in Thai and English): Bold, 14-point font, centered on the page.     

1.2.5 Author's Affiliation (in Thai and English) and Email: Bold, 14-point font, centered on the page.     

1.2.6 Abstract Headings (in Thai and English): 14-point bold font, aligned to the left edge of the paper.     

1.2.7 Abstract Content (in Thai and English): 14-point standard font, single-column, with the first line indented 1 tab from the left edge of the paper, and printed flush with both edges.     

1.2.8 Main Headings: 14-point bold font, aligned to the left edge of the paper.     

1.2.9 Subheadings: 14-point standard font, with page number indicated, arranged in numerical order, indented 1 tab from the left edge of the paper, and printed flush with both edges.

1.3 The total length of the manuscript should not exceed 25 pages (from title to references).

3. References

References should follow the APA7 system - APA Style (American Psychological Association Style). In-text citations should use the 'author-date' citation style (Author, Year) within the text.

  1. Submitting Manuscripts:

    Authors submit their manuscripts through the online system of the Journal of Sustainable Tourism Development  at the website https://so04.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/JSTD. register as members and fill in the required information as instructed by the system, along with uploading the manuscript file in Microsoft Word format.

    Article Evaluation:

    Submitted manuscripts undergo peer review by qualified experts in the relevant field, involving a minimum of 2 reviewers. The review process follows a double-blinded method, ensuring anonymity for both the authors and the reviewers. Reviewers' feedback is then sent to the authors for revision or improvement of the manuscript, or for resubmission of a revised version. Upon successful review by the peer reviewers and editorial board, authors receive an acceptance letter for publication in the journal.
