Abstract

This paper was to analyse the non-aeronautical revenue of Thai Airports during 2005-2018. The horizontal analysis and percentage change analysis were used to analyse the revenue structure. It was found that revenue sources of AOT comprised of the aeronautical revenue and the non-aeronautical revenue. The proportion of the aeronautical revenue was higher than the non-aeronautical revenue. However, the proportion of the non-aeronautical revenue has been increasing while the proportion of the aeronautical revenue has been decreasing. It can can be concluded that the AOT’s airport model has been diverted to commercial airport model. This study concurred with the previous studies that the non-aeronautical revenue has played an important role in the airport performance.
