The Model of Capability Building up for Creative Career Skills in Youth Entrepreneur Based on The Learning Process of Education Sandbox School in Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract
This research aimed to 1) explore foundational data and identify the needs for enhancing creative career skills 2) develop a model to enhance creative career skills for young entrepreneurs 3) implement the proposed model and 4) evaluate and extract lessons learned from its application in innovative learning schools in Kanchanaburi Province. The quantitative research involved 384 administrators and teachers selected through multi-stage sampling, while the qualitative research included 20 school administrators and teachers. The tools employed included questionnaires, interview guidelines, pre-tests, post-tests, and various evaluation forms. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were examined through content analysis. The findings revealed that participants rated the importance of enhancing creative career skills highly. A creative career skills development model, termed the “E-SKILLS Model” was developed, comprising seven components: Entrepreneur, Skills for Learning, Knowledge Sharing, Inspiration, Leadership, Learning for Life, and Self-Developing. The implementation of this model demonstrated a statistically significant improvement in post-training scores (p < 0.05), with participants expressing high satisfaction. Lessons learned from the program highlighted that participants gained practical entrepreneurial experience and enhanced their ability to create work, generate income, collaborate effectively in teams, and confidently present their products.
