This class action research aimed to find my best practices in learning management in Project-based STEM Education by engineering design process to enhance the engineering design process skill for 32 grade 9 students in a school in Bangkok. I collected data from my journal entries after learning management, students’ reflective journals, semi-structured interviews, observation logs, and evaluation forms of students’ engineering design process skill. I analyze data from inductive analysis. I found that my best practices in learning management in Project-based STEM Education by engineering design process to enhance grade 9 students’ Engineering design process skill were 1) Making students receiving directed experience to students clearly problem identification of the Project-based STEM education; 2) Inviting experts in the classroom and using technology-based searching data to increase the correct and clear planning and development of the project; 3) Using the three dimension modeling programs and the stimulating question to help students creating innovation consistency with their plans; 4) Doing a list of the essential equipment and check the details of equipment for creating innovations to implement innovations completely, and 5) Creating mind map helping the students have the overview of engineering design process that lead to the effective presentation. These best practices could enhance students’ engineering design process skill.
