Abstract

This research is intended to 1) study the condition of supplies and assets operations of schools under Secondary Educational Service are Office 2. and 2) study the guidelines for efficient management of supplies and assets. In schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2. The research population was the school director, Deputy Director of Budget Management, Group Person who performs duties of supplies and assets (Teachers and staff) in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2, the number of 361 people. The research tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. and interview Four interviewees were interviewed, specifically selected from school administrators with experience in supplies and assets and procurement and assets officers with at least 5 years of experience in the Secondary Education Service Area Office 2. Analysis of the data obtained from interview by using content analysis and presenting descriptive research results.
research results
1. Conditions of operations of supplies and assets in schools under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area 2, in general, the condition of operational problems is at a high level in 6 aspects.
2. Guidelines for efficient management of supplies and assets in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, as follows: In studying the guidelines for efficient management of supplies and assets in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The researcher conducted interviews to find a guideline for efficient management of supplies and assets as follows
1) In terms of planning and determining the demand for supplies. Create and schedule a task calendar. 2) In terms of organizing the organizational structure of supplies. 3) Procurement Encourage operators to attend training from various agencies to develop work. The school has a dedicated staff to take care of procurement directly through the e-GP system.
4) The preparation of the parcel document system. In the early stages of the assessment there may be many problems for the practitioner involved. If schools can perform annual assessments, this will help reduce the likelihood of such problems.
