Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of happiness organization of schools in the Trirat Samphan group under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) To compare the school's organization of happiness in the Trirat relationship group according to the school size. under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the study was conducted from a sample group of 156 teachers in the Trairat Samphan School under the Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 156 people. in the Trairat Samphan Group School under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, using a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis including the average frequency standard deviation One-way ANOVA The results showed that, overall, teachers in schools in the Trairat Relations group under Pathum Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, had the highest level of happiness organization. In terms of calm, the average was at the highest level. followed by kindness Health (Happy Body) and relaxation It has the lowest average but is still at a high level.
