Abstract

This research aims to 1) design Micro learning Video Media Presentation to support mobile training technology for the government officer of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, and 2) Compare knowledge for Internet usage of the government officer of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation before and after training.

The Sample of population was both Knowledge government officers and General officers either Practitioner level and/or Professional level of the office of the Coordination and Promotion of Higher Education Affair, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation. The age of population was in the range of 25-40 years old with experiences 2 years or above. The technique used in this research was a simple random sampling method by randomly drawing 30 officers into the sample. The data collection tool in this research was the internet usage questionnaire, analyzing of data usage, an average standard deviation and dependent t-test method.

The result of this research found 1) the assessment shown the quality of the design and Integration of Micro learning Video Media Presentation for the government officer of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation was high and appropriate and 2) the result of comparison the Internet usage knowledge before and after training was no different at statistically significant score of 0.5
