The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of teacher development of the Model Child Development Center, Surin. 2) to study the guidelines for developing the Model Child Development Center's teachers in Surin. 3) to evaluate the guidelines for Teacher development of a model child development center in Surin province target audience. It is a model child development center in Surin Province under the Department of Local Administrative Promotion from 17 districts of 18 locations. Sub-district administrative organization administrators, teachers, mentors and child caregivers consisted of 263 children. The research instruments were 1) a questionnaire on the current state and the desirable condition of teacher development in the model child development center in Surin Province. Rating scale 5 levels of Likert. 2) In-Depth Interview form 5 experts received a semi-structured interview form. (Semi-structured Interview). 3) Assessment form for appropriateness, usefulness and feasibility of teacher development guidelines of the Model Child Development Center in Surin Province from 5 experts. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation and the need priority index value is needed
The results of the research were as follows:
1) Current conditions, guidelines for teacher development of the Model Child Development Center in Surin Province. Overall, at a low level especially in terms of inputs in teacher development and feedback from teacher development. and desirable conditions of teacher development in the Model Child Development Center in Surin Province especially in the aspect of teacher development process with the highest average.
2) Teacher development guidelines of the Model Child Development Center, Surin Province. From the Needs Assessment (PNI modified) of teacher development, model child development center, Surin province. found that the importance was needed The top three rankings were arranged in descending order: (1) teacher development process, (2) teacher development output, (3) feedback from teacher development. has drafted guidelines for teacher development of model child development centers in Surin province, consisting of 3 main guidelines, 30 sub-approaches.
3) Results of assessment of teacher development guidelines for model child development centers in Surin both in the process of teacher development teacher development output and the feedback from teacher development in terms of suitability usefulness and possibility at a high level and can be used.
