Guidelines for Learning Ecosystem Development of affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn Schools based on the Concept of Students Skills for the Society 5.0

Developing a learning ecosystem that promotes students' skills in Society 5.0 is essential to elevating students' abilities to deal with a changing world. The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the skill level in Society 5.0 of students in affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn schools; 2) to study the current state, desirable state, and needs of students in affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn schools 3) to study the causes of needs of affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn schools, and 4) to propose guidelines for developing the learning ecosystem of affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn schools. The research was conducted as a survey. The sample group used in this research was 530 teachers in affiliated Triamudomsuksa Pattanakarn schools in the academic year 2022, compared with the sample size table of Krejcie & Morgan (1970) and classified by Stratified Random Sampling according to the size of the schools: medium, large and extra-large schools. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of a 5-level scale and open-ended questions. The statistics used in data analysis were mean, standard deviation, and priority needs index (PNI). Moreover, qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: 1) The overall skill level in Social 5.0 of students was at a high level (mean = 4.100). 2) The overall current state was at a high level, the overall desirable state was at the highest level, and the priority needs index results were ranked as follows: first was educational resources (PNIModified = 0.143), followed by learning management methods (PNIModified = 0.137), and the last priority was the school's strategy. (PNIModified = 0.081). 3) The cause of the need found that the curriculum had the highest frequency (f=150). 4) The proposed guidelines for developing the learning ecosystem consisted of 6 approaches as follows: 1) Development of educational resources, 2) Development of learning management methods, 3) Development of curriculum, 4) Development of cooperation networks, 5) Development of the use of digital technology, and 6) Development of schools' strategies.
