The Needs of Early Childhood Educational Management Based on High Scope Learning Process in the Schools under Lopburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the current and desirable conditions of early childhood education management according to the High Scope learning process. 2) to rank the needs of early childhood education management according to the High Scope learning process in schools under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area, Office 1. The sample included 108 school administrators and 108 preschool from educational institutions, 108 places teachers selected by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The data collected by a questionnaire were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, PNImodified, and content analysis. The findings suggest that 1) for the current and desirable conditions of early childhood education management according to the HighScope learning process: 1.1) The current condition of early childhood education management according to the HighScope learning process overall is at a high level. ( = 4.22) 1.2) The desirable conditions for early childhood education management according to the HighScope learning process overall was rated at the highest level ( = 4.50) 2) the aspect of school curriculum development is the highest necessity (PNImodified = 0.1119), followed by developmental assessment (PNImodified = 0.0611), environmental, media and learning resource management (PNImodified = 0.0563), experience planning (PNImodified = 0.0538) and experience management (PNImodified = 0.0534) respectively. And regarding the priority of needs for according to the HighScope learning process, Planning was the highest priority need (PNImodified = 0.0564), followed by doing (PNImodified = 0.0490), and review was the lowest need (PNImodified = 0.0421), respectively.
