Guidelines for Educational Resource Management in Opportunity Expansion Schools Under the Lop Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the current state and desired states of educational resources management in opportunity expansion schools under the Lop Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) analyze the primary needs for educational resource management in opportunity expansion schools under the Lop Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) develop guidelines for educational resource management in opportunity expansion schools under the Lop Buri Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, The sample was comprised of 234 school administrators and teachers, obtained from stratified random sampling.
The research instrument included a questionnaire assessing the current and desired states of educational resources management. The Key informants this study were educational administrators, school administrators, and teachers, totaling eight participants through focus group interview.
The results showed that: 1) the current state and the desired states of educational resource management in opportunity expansion schools were, overall, at a high level and the highest level, respectively; 2) the needs analysis revealed that financial resource management was the highest priority need, followed by human resource management, material and equipment resource management, and facility management, respectively; 3) the guidelines for educational resource management in opportunity expansion schools across all four areas budget planning using the PDCA process, promoting professional development for teachers, assessing the needs for equipment and materials, and planning for maintenance, demolition, and construction of buildings.
