男教师介入幼儿教育的理性研究

摘要

男教师介入学前教育是幼儿健康成长与发展的需要，也是完善幼儿教师性别比例的需要，还是促进幼儿园建设与发展的需要。为更好地发展学前教育，国家出台了大量的扶持政策，这为男幼儿教师的培育工作提供了有利条件，也为幼儿的健康成长奠定了坚实基础。国家、幼儿师范学校、幼儿园以及男幼儿教师都应该为幼儿的健康成长出一份力、尽一份心。本文主要阐述了男教师介入幼儿教育的必要性，分析了男教师介入幼儿教育过程中将面临的困难，并且从不同角度提出了解决困难的。
