Abstract

Male teachers' intervention in preschool education is not only the need of children's healthy growth and development, but also the need of improving the gender ratio of preschool teachers, or the need of promoting the construction and development of kindergartens. In order to better develop preschool education, the state has issued a large number of support policies, which not only provides favorable conditions for the cultivation of male preschool teachers, but also lays a solid foundation for the healthy growth of children. The state, preschool normal schools, kindergartens and male preschool teachers should contribute to the healthy growth of children. This paper mainly expounds the necessity of male teachers' intervention in early childhood education, analyzes the difficulties male teachers will face in the process of early childhood education, and puts forward the solutions from different perspectives.
