Additional details
The author submits documents via the ThaiJO system
Documents to be attached:
1. The manuscript to be submitted in accordance to the Journal’s file format (word and PDF)
2. Letter of Clarification
The editorial board previews the manuscript by
1. Checking for plagiarism
1.1 Using CopyCatch Program (Not more than 30% of plagiarism)
1.2 In case of fail plagiarism checking informing the author of “rejecting the manuscript” with attachment of the plagiarism checking result.
2. Checking for the scope referencing format of article etc.
2.1 In case of Pass, the editorial board submits the manuscript to experts for peer reviewing.
2.2 In case of Pass with revisions, the editorial board inform the author to revise the manuscript.
2.3 In case of fail, the editorial board rejects the manuscript.
The conditions for experts reviewing the manuscript are as follows:
1. The manuscript must be reviewed by 3 experts.
2. The manuscript must be approved by at least 2 experts in order to receive the Pass result.
3. The manuscript that receives failed by at least two experts will be rejected for publication.
**Remark: The peer review results by experts are considered final.
The editorial board checks the manuscript
The editorial board checks the manuscript on the revision based on recommendations from the experts and the correctness of the manuscript such as its format, language usage, spelling, details of figure, tables, and referencing, etc.
1. In case of Pass, the editorial board proceeds on publication and sends the acceptance letter for publication to the author.
2. In case of Pass with revisions, the editorial board informs the author to revise the manuscript.
3. In case of Fail, the editorial board rejects the manuscript.
Uploads the articles
The editorial board uploads the articles in the format of E-Journal on ThaiJO website on the issue as follow:
First issue: January - June
Second issue: July - December
