Abstract

In the environment of insufficient regulations for textbooks, textbook writers are facing double risks of morality and law. Based on the case analyses of textbook infringement, it is found that there are cognitive and normative blind spots in the governance of anomie behaviors in textbook compilation. As a teaching academic achievement, the compilation of teaching materials has a certain research nature; In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of textbook editors and researchers, and to help them avoid the risks of insufficient regulations, it is necessary to bring textbooks into the academic standard system from the perspective of teaching scholarship. Based on this, referring to the formulation principles of the Investigation and Treatment Rules of Scientific Research Integrity Cases (Trial), this paper puts forward four governance principles for the standardization of textbook compilation and research: the principle of sustainable development, the principle of strengthening citation norms, the principle of integrity and the principle of procedure.
