INVESTIGATION REPORT ON CHINESE EDUCATION IN ST. JOSEPH BANGNA SCHOOL IN THAILAND

This article is based on the conditions of Chinese teaching at the St. Joseph Bonner Private School in Samut Prakan, Thailand, taking primary and middle school students studying Chinese in the school as the research object, using specific methods such as questionnaire survey and classroom observation. The content includes the basic situation of the school's Chinese teaching and the students' Chinese learning, and analyzes the current situation of the school's Chinese teaching from the aspects of Chinese textbooks, classroom teaching, curriculum settings, and teachers. According to the investigation, although St. Joseph Bangna School has set up Chinese courses earlier and has persisted for many years, there are problems in Chinese teaching. The selection of teaching materials does not meet the level of students, the curriculum is not clear, and the mobility of Chinese teachers is high. In response to the above problems, the author puts forward some suggestions. I hope that through the investigation and analysis of the Chinese teaching situation in St. Joseph Bangna School in Thailand, it can provide reference for Chinese teachers who teach in this school in the future and for the development of Chinese teaching in Samut Prakan.
