A STUDY ON THE IMPROVEMENT STRATEGIES OF CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION ABILITY OF CHINESE EDUCATORS GOING TO WEST AFRICA

Based on the background of the flourishing development of international Chinese education in West Africa and the actual situation of Chinese educators in West Africa in terms of work, life, and other aspects, this article conducts a systematic analysis of relevant academic research and conducts a cautious and systematic study on the cross-cultural communication status and ability development of Chinese educators in West Africa. It is believed that efforts can be made to increase the intensity of regional national training before and during employment Strategies such as multi-party cooperation to bridge the barriers between international Chinese teaching and research can enhance the cross-cultural communication skills of international Chinese educators in West Africa and guided by the Concept of Civilized Exchange and Mutual Learning in Building Cross cultural communication abilities. To ensure the continuity of the above strategies, a dynamic, open, and sustainable cross-cultural communication strategy system for Chinese educators with national characteristics can be established within the scope of a systematic perspective, providing guidance for international Chinese educators in West Africa at different times.
