SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL CHINESE EDUCATION IN GUINEA

Guinea has a solid and broad foundation of people who listen to China's voice and stories.In order to better promote the development of international Chinese education in Guinea and provide Chinese talents for relevant enterprises in Guinea, this article makes a relatively comprehensive analysis of international Chinese education in Guinea based on the actual situation of international Chinese education in Guinea and using SWOT analysis. Its advantages stem from the long-standing friendly cooperation between China and Guinea, and the significant number of entities engaged in international Chinese education in Guinea; Disadvantages include a major mismatch between hardware and software facilities and the progression of international Chinese education, the absence of a scientific and practical indicator system to assess the quality of international Chinese education, a scarcity of professional educators specializing in international Chinese education, and a predominately instrumental learning motivation among Chinese learners; The challenges encountered are the emergence of diverse and collaborative multi-party cooperation as a new trend in international Chinese education in Guinea, and the increasing support provided by Chinese partner universities to Guinea's international Chinese education efforts; The primary threats encountered are the insufficient support from Guinea's rulers for the international Chinese education sector, and the non-contemporary state of Chinese teaching resources in Guinea.In response to the above problems, the article believes that the international Chinese education work in Guinea can be carried out in the following aspects in the future: deepening the analysis of Guinea's national conditions and studying the connotation and trend of "Chinese +";On the basis of improving teaching quality, we should focus on promoting teaching through research;Strengthen cooperation with relevant enterprises in Guinea, and deepen the mode of cooperation between education structure and enterprises.
