บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบความตรงของโมเดลการวัดคุณลักษณะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 500 คน ซึ่งได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับขั้นที่ 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลการวัดคุณลักษณะการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่มีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยมีค่า $\chi^{2}$ =76.280, df=58, p-value=0.054, CFI=0.994, TLI=0.989, RMSEA=0.025, SRMR=0.025 ซึ่งองค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะการทำงานเป็นทีม ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบ (Factor Loading) สูงสุดคือการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ( $\beta$ =0.929) รองลงมาคือความไว้วางใจ ( $\beta$ =0.924) การให้ความร่วมมือและมีส่วนร่วม ( $\beta$ = 0.922) บทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ ( $\beta$ =0.909) และการสื่อสาร ( $\beta$ =0.898) ตามลำดับ
