Abstract

This research aimed to develop and validate a measurement model of The teamwork characteristics among teachers under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office. The sample consisted of 500 teachers selected through multistage random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and second-order confirmatory factor analysis was employed for data analysis. The results revealed that the measurement model of The teamwork characteristics demonstrated a good fit with the empirical data, as indicated by $\chi^{2}$ = 74.370, df = 57, p-value = 0.609, CFI = 0.994, TLI = 0.989, RMSEA = 0.025, SRMR = 0.025. The teamwork characteristics construct comprises five components. The component with the highest factor loading was Interpersonal relationships ( $\beta$ =0.929), followed by trust ( $\beta$ =0.924), cooperation and participation ( $\beta$ = 0.922), roles, duties, and responsibilities ( $\beta$ =0.909), and Communication ( $\beta$ =0.898), respectively.
