Factors Affecting the Success of Small and Micro Community Enterprise in Lansak District, Uthai Thani Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) factors affecting the success of Small and Micro Community Enterprise (SMCE) 2) The relationship between factors membership structure and operation with success of SMCE, 3) Problems and suggestions of members of enterprises and communities. This research was conducted with the SMCE that were evaluated at the Intermediate level upwards. Population included 282 members. An instrument to collect data was an interview schedule. Statistics to analyze data included frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum. Chi-square. Results of this research revealed that majority of customers 1) The factors about operation that affecting the success of SMCE a found as a whole were at the moderate. 2) The overall hypothesis testing indicated that shares, Duration of operation, and Factors relating to the operations related the significant at .000 level. Labor in operation related  the significant at .01 level. education related the significant at .05 level. 3) Problems and suggestions found :Community Enterprise has the most problem is lack of funds 34.5% suggestions is want to have a technology transfer New knowledge in operation The relevant departments to support investment and markets and help in the operation.
