A Study of Process of Cooperative Education Program for the Competency Development of Graduates in Practice of Private Higher Education Institutions in Bangkok.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1. Study the educational process model cooperative education affect the development potential of graduates in the work of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2. Study the relationship process model cooperative research and development potential of graduates in the performance of Private Higher Education Institutions, 3. Study the factors of the management style of a cooperative study to complete potential development of graduate education in sustainable development performance of graduates. The samples for this research were 338 teachers of Private Higher Education Institutions in Bangkok with the cooperative education program. Under the Commission on Higher Education to sampling with a random simple (Simple Random Sampling) tool used in research into the scale of values ​​(Rating Scale 5 level) The statistics used in data analysis and percentage values, average and standard deviation, and test methods associated with the Mike Spearman (Spearman Rank correlation coefficient) results are summarized as follows.

1. 1. The study on the cooperative education process as a whole and in many areas the supervision of cooperative education has the highest average. Followed by the evaluation and activities for the preparation and professional experience, respectively.
2. Opinions on the potential of graduates in practice as a whole and in many areas.In terms of knowledge the highest average, The second is the attitude and behavior and performance, respectively.
3. To investigate the relationship between the process model for the development of cooperative education graduates in the operation as a whole.  The results show that the cooperative education model is associated with the development of graduates in practice.Statistically significant at the 0.01 level
4. From the results of factor analysis of the management model cooperative education for the development of graduates in the development of education who sustained that the process of the cooperative studies of the relationship medium. The potential of graduates in practice: 1. the activities to prepare 2. the professional of experience 3. supervision of cooperative education, and 4. the evaluation which affect the sustainable development of graduates who have a moderate degree of correlation. It affects the development of graduates. The relationship between the model and the development of cooperative education graduates who have low levels of relationship include: 1. the curriculum, and 2. the practical arrangements for cooperative education. This is information that must be updated and modify these factors to be useful in the development of sustainable performance of the graduates.
