User Interface Model for Presentation of Quality Information for Budget Management Of Private Schools.

This research aimed to: 1) analyse and design a quality information model for budget management of private schools, and 2) examine and develop appropriate user interface styles for presenting quality information for budget management of private schools. The research and development were conducted in two stages. The first stage was to create quality information for budget management. The second stage was to examine and develop user interface styles for the information created. The sample used in this research were 18private schools in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, collected by using stratified random sampling method. The subjects included 18 manager/directors, 18 assistant managers/directors, and 18 financial control officers. The results of this research have proposed 28 quality information models (reports) in three aspects, for schools, teachers and staff, and students. The user acceptance of the quality information model for budget management of private schools at the highest level. The results have proposed 3 interaction styles: Form-fill, Menu selection, and Direct Manipulation that interaction styles that is appropriate for a manager / director and assistant director use Direct Manipulation. For Chief Financial use Form-fill forms and evaluate the user acceptance towards each interaction style that is the most selected.
