The Influence of Best Accounting Operational Planning on Job Quality of Business Accountant in the Upper Northeast Region

The purpose of this research was to study the best accounting operational planning Job quality and test the influence of best accounting operational planning on Job quality of business accountants in the Upper Northeast Region. The questionnaire was used as instrument for collecting from 300 of business accountants in the Upper Northeast Region. The statistics used for the analysis multiple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
According to test the influence, following were found: 1) the best accounting operational planning in the aspects of objectives setting had positive influence on job quality as a whole (β = 0.498). 2) the best accounting operational planning in the aspects of strategy setting had positive influence on job quality as a whole (β = 0.077). 3) the best accounting operational planning in the aspects of standards setting had positive influence on job quality as a whole (β = 0.236). 4) the best accounting operational planning in the aspects of monitoring plan had positive influence on Job quality as a whole (β = 0.186). The predictive power of variables was 45.10 percent (R2 = 0.451).
