Guidelines For Academic Affairs Administration in Condition of Teachers Shortage of Schools Attached in Tak Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

This purposes of this research were 1) to study the conditions and the problem of
academic administration of schools that had insufficient of teachers under Tak the Educational
Service Area Office 2, 2) to study academic administration of schools that had insufficient of
teachers which succeeded in academic administration under Tak the Educational Service Area
Office 2, 3) to find guideline for academic affairs administration in condition of teachers
shortage of schools attached in Tak Educational Service Area Office 2. The research was
divided into 3 steps. The first step was to study the conditions and the problems of academicadministration of schools that had insufficient of teachers under Tak the Educational Service
Area Office 2. The samples consisted of 306 administrators and teachers in schools that had
insufficient of teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed
using frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The second step was
to study academic administration of schools that had insufficient of teachers which succeeded
in academic administration under Tak the Educational Service Area Office 2. The respondents
consisted of 9 administrator, academic leaders and teachers of Banhuaybong school, Ban
Huaymuang school and Sabwittayakhom. The research instrument was an interview. The data
were analyzed using content analysis. The third step was to find the guideline to develop
academic administration of schools that had insufficient of teachers under Tak, the educational
service area office 2. The respondents consisted of 17 experts. The research instrument was an
interview. The data were analyzed using content analysis frequency distribution and priority.
The research findings were as follows : 1) The condition of academic administration of
schools that had supply of teachers under Tak the Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a
medium level. 2) The problem of academic administration of schools that had insufficient of
teachers under Tak the Educational Service Area Office 2 was at a high level. Whereas
learning evaluation and learning transferring was at a medium level. 3) The academic
administration of schools that had insufficient of teachers which succeeded in academic
administration under Tak, the Educational Service Area Office 2 it was found that administrator,
all persons in schools, school boards and people participated in school activities and budget
provision. The administrators experts in academic administration. The academic leaders and
teams was knowledgeable. The majority of personnels was graduated in Master degree of
education administration, curriculum and instruction and evalution. 4) The guideline to
develop academic administration of schools that had insufficient of teachers under Tak the
Educational Service Area Office 2 were as follows : The administrator assigned a job for the
leaders of learning subject to check teachers’ learning plans continuously. Learning process
should be agreeable with environment, interests and individual difference. The administrator
planned and set a meeting for evaluation and credit transferring. Teachers should be supported for
research. The administrator set a training about media and innovation for teachers. Moreover
the administrator should allow teachers to study media and innovation from successful
schools. The administrator ask for the cooperation from community and other organization for
supporting of learning resource. The education supervision schedule should be informed for
teachers and the operation should be along with its schedule.
