Transfomational Leadership of Vocational College Administrators in Pichayabundit Institution Group

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study transformational leadership of vocational college administrators, and 2) to compare transformational leadership of vocational college administrators according to the opinions of teachers with different teaching experiences and ages. The samples were 140 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with 0.96 reliabilities. The statistic for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent – samples T Test, and One – Way ANOVA.
The research findings were as follows: 1) transformational leadership of vocational college administrators as a total and each aspect was at a high level, 2) teachers with different teaching experience had opinions that transformational leadership of vocational college administrators as total and each aspect was not significantly different at 0.05 level and 3) teachers with different ages had opinion that transformational leadership of vocational college administrators as total and each aspect was not significantly deferent at 0.05 level.
