This research aimed to study the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, adaptive capability, and innovative capability on the business performance of community-based stores of the Pracharat-Blue-Flag project in Phetchabun province. The population was community-based stores that participated in the Pracharat-Blue-Flag project in Phetchabun province. The research utilized the questionnaires for data collection from community-based stores. Usable questionnaires were at 188. Statistical analysis used descriptive statistics analysis and structural equation model analysis by Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method. The research results found that (1) the majority of respondents were female, age range from 36 years old and above, and education level at below bachelor degree, (2) the largest group of ages of community-based stores in this project was 6 – 15 years, (3) entrepreneurial orientation significantly affected adaptive capability and innovative capability but not affected business performance, and (4) adaptive capability and innovative capability did not influence business performance. The research suggests that the related persons with the capability development of community-based stores should emphasize on entrepreneurial orientation. Because this will influence those entrepreneurs to improve innovative capability and adaptive capability. This will help to create new products and services or process innovation. And then, it will lead to good performance in the future.
