The Local Wisdom Learning Resources Management of Basic Educational School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area

This research is Descriptive Research. The purposes of this research were to: study the components and confirm the components of the local wisdom learning resource management of basic educational school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area. The operation of this research composed of 4 steps: 1)study and analyze by review the literature and expert interview. , 2)research tool construction, 3) data collection and analyze the component, and 4) Confirmation of components analysis results by opinionnaire of expert. The tool of this research is the opinionnaire. The respondents were the school director, deputy director of school or performing the duties on behalf of deputy director and civil service of basic educational school teachers under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area from 94 schools with the total of 282 respondents. The samples were selected by stratified random sampling. The statistic for analyzing the data were: frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factor analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: The local wisdom learning resources management of basic educational school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area composed of 6 components: 1)local wisdom learning resource planning 2)strategic planning 3)promoting to use local wisdom learning resources 4)supervising and administration promoting 5)giving participants the opportunity to take part and 6)development designing and connecting knowledge. In addition, all components were appropriately, possibility, accurately and utility.
