This study aimed 1) to examine tourists’ perceptions of the marketing mix (7Ps), the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, customer experience, trust, and intention to choose hotel services in the digital era, 2) to investigate the relationships among the marketing mix (7Ps), AI technology utilization, customer experience, trust, and intention to choose hotel services, and 3) to develop a predictive equation for factors influencing tourists’ intention to choose hotel services in the digital era. The sample consisted of 400 tourists who had previously used hotel services in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Participants were selected through purposive sampling combined with convenience sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.75. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings revealed that tourists’ perceptions of all the factors studied were at a high level. The marketing mix demonstrated a strong positive relationship with the intention to choose hotel services (r = .826), whereas customer experience and trust showed moderate positive relationships. In contrast, the use of artificial intelligence technology exhibited a weak negative relationship with the intention to choose hotel services (r = −.234). The results of the stepwise multiple regression analysis indicated that the marketing mix, customer experience, and trust jointly explained 79.60% of the variance in tourists’ intention to choose hotel services (Adjusted R² = .796). Among these predictors, the marketing mix exerted the strongest influence (β = .739). These findings highlight the importance of integrating effective marketing strategies with enhanced customer experiences to strengthen competitiveness in the hotel industry in the digital era.
